Empowered Beginnings Mentorship

This program option is for you if you are wanting to learn through a self paced course and implement a general protocol for healing. This 5 module course covers an introduction on holistic healing, nutrition, digestion + elimination, liver + detox, adrenal + stress, with corresponding protocols and digital downloads. This option allows you to learn at your own pace.

Empowered Beginnings Mentorship

This program option includes the Empowered Beginnings Course and offers:

3 months of 1:1 support

3 Bioenergetic Scans and individualized protocol(1 hour health evaluation with practitioner)

9 Rife Sessions

Program Approach

Phase 1

The first phase of the Empowered Beginnings Mentorship is within the first 30 days. You will receive your first health evaluation and protocol. The focus will be on the gut/ digestions/ elimination. We also will begin supporting the body with nutrients and begin a diet change.

Phase 2

Phase 1

Phase 2 we will begin addressing the liver and endocrine system. We will focus on lifestyle changes as well as any environmental toxins/ exposures and begin to support the body for detox by opening drainage pathways and eliminating deficiencies.

Phase 3

Phase 1

Phase 3

We will build on phase 1 and 2, still incorporating those steps. But in Phase 3 we will begin detoxing if we haven't already and support the body as it becomes equipped to move toxins out.
